3 sprint intervals, with a few minutes rest between each part. Huge mistake on #16 where I misread the description to be on the top of the building instead of the bottom corner. At least 2 min compared to running straight back to the start of the last interval?

I misread the map to #3 and passed through an opening that is mapped as impassable, I should have gone north after the first staircase.

I stopped at #5 but did not see the marker band or mini flag, was it missing or misplaced.

The finish of the second sprint, i.e. after #12, had at least two options, I did consider going around to the north and then back down past the next start.

I think my route to #18 was OK, going down the first stairs and then down to the river side must have been slower.
