I jogged through the H60 course on this race, still extremely careful that I never stumbled or mis-stepped on my left ankle. My shape is at least as bad as I feared but I did manage to finish the course without adding any additional damage to my recovering joint.

In order to be as safe as possible I jogged around on paths wherever that was possible, i.e. most of the race.
