Veritas Sommerløp (01.07.2020)

20 min hard running to get to the start (almost 2km and 150-200m climb!), then I ran a very nice race except for the minute I lost to hesitation on #6, where I thought I had already found the large open area a bit too early.

I would probably have been able to run 2-3 minutes faster if I could have taken it a bit more easy up to the start, I lost a lot of time to the first couple of controls on pure running speed, but I had a family dinner appointment which meant that I had zero slack time, not even the time to tape up my ankles before running off to the starting point.
I took exactly 20 min up to the start, 45 min around the course, and then 16 min jogging/running back to the parking area at Skytterkollen, for a total of 8+ km in 1 hour 20 min.
