Geoform Øvresetertjern (fra 2017-10-28) (29.10.2017)

Yesterday was spent driving back to Oslo from Trondheim and a nice visit to UKA-17 ("Ta det du!") so I could not take part in this race, but when I looked at the Livelox tracks I decided to run through the course today instead.

This was mostly a B/C difficulty course so not too challenging even without any flags or other markers, but the weather was gorgeous so I had a nice run even if I had to do a tiny bit of extra checking to verify all the control placements.

I did it as 5 long intervals with 1 min rest between, so about 36 min of pure running time.
