Picking up the controls after OBIK P1 race (21.04.2016)

After the end of yet another OBIK race I had to run around and pick up all the controls.

Running mostly on map memory from the same morning when I put them all out (but in a slightly different order) I made a few direction mistakes but nothing serious.

120 competitors, one organizer, no pre-registration or pre-payment:

This is still easily doable with EMIT entry registration (just place the tag in a 250 reader, then correct any errors in the mostly correct data from last year) and letting the competitors handle the cash box themselves: "Just leave NOK 70,- in the box and pick up the correct course map."

I have done it this way for more than 5 years now and have never experienced any significant errors in the total amount collected, it has always been within 20-30 kroner, and most often in the upwards/positive direction. :-)
