The last two days was spent preparing for and hosting the first event in this 3-day series of BBQ parties that starts with an orientering competition.

Today I got to run on Røsholmen, in the NE corner of Hvaler, on a very nice course designed by Eirik Tandrevold.The fast/young elite runners were missing today so I won most of the splits: I got beaten to #3 (it was faster to go straight & right), #6 (should definitely have kept to the right of the line) and uphill to the finish where I got confused about the direction, here my son Fredrik managed to beat me by 37 (!) seconds.
