KM Lang Østfold (2020-08-29)

Mostly B-level orienteering, nearly flat and a lot of running.
My most serious mistake was into the second control where I didn't realize that I should have contoured from the corner of the green, instead I ended up too far down. Lost 30-40s

Sture Ottesen who won (as usual this year) simply ran faster to each of the next controls, #6 was my first split win according to the livelox gps timings. I repeated this to #10 and to the finish line but Sture was 2-3 minutes ahead of me in the end.
