KM Stafett ØOK og AOOK H150 (31.08.2014)

Pretty good but somewhat painful with two races in two days.

1) OK. I might have followed the lighted ski track past #10 but no time loss, just a few seconds hesitations while rereading the control description.

2) Good route choice and execution.

3) This was a forked control, with the people around me all punching in the small marsh 70 m before my control.

4) OK.

5) Hesitated 5-10 sec when I didn't see the flag.

6) Almost perfect but when I jumped down the control cliff I didn't see the flag, lost 45 sec before I got back to the same spot.

7) Good.

8) Easy.

9) Could have followed the ski track a bit further but my route was OK.

10) Safety first on a relay so I took the ski track instead of straight on.

11 & 12) Just running to the finish...
