Oslo KM Middle Distance H65 (16.05.2026)

Another nearly perfectly executed race, but still nearly 5 minutes behind Nils Hæstad, in 5th place. I considered taking the main paths around to the north to the first control, but considered that to be too boring. It was probably half a minute faster than the route I took!
I did not spot the flag on the second control, so I hesitated a few seconds just in front of it.
On the third control I stopped just above the control, then realized that I had to jump down one more step.
My main problem is still that I cannot run the way I used to. :-(
