Another good race, but not quite perfect even if I won all the splits in my class:

Good speed to #1 but when climbing 60-70 m in the heather I had to walk several parts of the leg to #2. I only lost 10 sec to the fastest runner in the H55 class so still pretty good.

Good flow to #3, 4 & 5, then I lost 20-25 sec on a wobble inside the circle on #6.

Recovered well from this and ran OK for the rest of the course. I won H60 by 5.5 min and the course by 2.5 min.
