Kretsløp (2015-09-13)

I ran a local race, organized for those who didn't take part in either the Norwegian Relay Champs or the Veteran's Middle Distance championship, so almost all my normal competitors were absent.

My race was pretty good, with only one significant error, when I ran just past #12: I saw other runners go up on the other side of the knoll but assumed that had to be a control on the cliff about 35-40 m further north, so I lost 30-45 sec here.

With the minimal competition I won the course by nearly 3 minutes.

I could probably have done OK in the Veteran's event today with a similar race there but since I'll be travelling a lot this fall in my new job I decided to spend the weekend with my wife on our summer house in Hvaler. According to the reports we had much nicer weather here! :-)
