First forest run after operation (22-07-2014)

Since my leg seemed to tolerate a couple of 15-min runs on the previous days I tried to put on O shoes and get back in the forest: Even with both ankles well taped up, this was too soon, so I was forced to rest for a few days after this little trip. :-(
