Baneheia jog (12-07-2013)

Used the sprint map from yesterday plus three different orienteering maps from Baneheia and joined them all together using public mapping screen dumps.

The weather is still perfect, with lots of people around lake "3 Stampe". I ran around Baneheia in a clockwise direction, as I passed the lakes coming back I considered taking a swim there but ran on instead.

After passing above the highway tunnel opening I ran past an outdoor climbing gym where I spent some time trying to climb a few overhanging boulder problems in my Inov-8 shoes.

Tomorrow is the big day, we'll spend some of the time before the wedding with Christian's best man who has invited all the men in the wedding to a training run from KOK's club house on Presteheia!
