Could have been perfect but I made a single stupid mistake:

Good flow to #1 up to where I almost missed the small path SE to the boulder. Only stopped a second or two to check my map.

Good speed to #2 & #3

#4 was the big mistake: After taking the path SW and up around the cliff I followed it uphill to the boulder, this was probably good even if it is a little bit longer than the direct line which climbs a lot more. However, at this point I failed to keep proper direction and instead misread the contours and ended up too far north. Even though I recovered as soon as I saw the small path, I still lost about 50 seconds.

Optimal routes and execution to #5, 6 & 7.

Since I jumped down some very steep places to get to #7 I chicked out and dropped down to the path underneath instead of immediately climbing back up, this was probably a 5-10 s mistake even though I found a very good line back up the hillside.

The remaining controls were all OK. In the end I won every split on the course, except for #4 where I was 3 seconds slower than the best runner in D55.
