Oslo City Cup (19-04-2022)

A tough test of my injured ankle, I did manage to run most of the race but not without significant pain. I am currently waiting for an MRI (hopefully next week) to determine exactly what is wrong and if there is anything that needs an operation.

I did a brain fart to #15, started orienteering to #14 once again and stopped around the corner of the building looking for the flag. Lost 20 sec here, then I lost an additional 30+ seconds to #16 when I stopped orienteering properly and just tried to run hard.
The rest of the race was pretty much OK, very little hesitation and no real stops on the controls while figuring out the next leg.
