First high-speed run of the season, I was just as slow as usual.

The orienteering was OK up to nr 12 where I had misread the control description and didn't recognize the control code. Lost 5-10 seconds here.

The only other major mistake was to nr 20 where I should have kept to the left, more open forest there and then take the control from the seaside. 10-15 sec?
