First running attempt after the knee injury 9 days ago: It went really badly even when I did alternating sets of 50 steps running and 25 steps walking, the pain was bad enough that I could not concentrate and made a couple of really stupid 3-min mistakes.
Controls 1 (too low), 9 (too high) and probably 11 (too far SE) were slightly misplaced in the forest, they should have used GPS verification when marking the controls in the forest and when placing the flags.
