Pretty good in a nice but very steep area, my GPS track recorded over 240 m of ascent on a 4.2 km course, that corresponds to about 6%!

Good flow and nearly flat to #1, to #2 the main obstacle was a big windfall blocking the way.

#3 was the key leg, with at least 3 or 4 possible route alternatives, I chose the one that had the least climb even if I had to run about 150 m in the very steep and rocky east hillside. I lost a few seconds in the beginning because I couldn't find the mapped path along the west hillside.

When running uphill to #3 I tried to plan the return to #4 but I still made a small mistake here by leaving the path a bit too early on an unmapped MTB track. Maybe 10+ s?

OK to #5.

Hesitated into #6, stopped just E of the control without spotting it.

Lost 15-20 s to #7 when I took the wrong path, I should have stayed above the cliff and used the small path down to the big track junction.

Very good direction to #8 but inside the circle I tried to read the contours to find the small cliff and wobbled. About 20 s?

I did a mistake to #9 and followed the line towards #12, realized it and decided that the route was good.

Very good to #10, some searching in dense vegetation into #11.

Back to #12 I started searching for the flag a bit too early, thinking I would recognize the area from my first time through. 5-10 s.

Total time loss was probably less than a minute, now I just need to see the results. :-)
